Q1 : What is the
lead-time required to dispatch the goods from factory?
ANS : For initial order: minimum 45 to 60 days. For Sub-sequent
orders: minimum 30 days (Earlier indication / schedule of firm orders may
expedite the delivery)
Q2 : What are the Payment
term options available from you?
ANS : Following Payment term options are available to facilitate
customer's convenience…
Option-1: (Most Preferred by us) - 30% Advance towards the
confirmation of order. - Rest 70% before despatch of goods from factory
(after due inspection). On receipt of full payment, we can send original
documents directly.
Option-2: Against Irrevocable Unrestricted Confirmed Letter of
Credit at Sight advised by Prime New York based bank. - Trans-shipment
Allowed - Minimum L/C validity needs to be 90 days. (We do not offer any
type of credits to our customers as a fixed & non-negotiable company
policy.)
Q3 : Can you provide us
finished products under our own Private Label brand & Customised sizes ?
(Do you have any readily available brand names / net wt. sizes?)
ANS : YES! Our main expertise is Customization. We do supply
Toothpaste, Shaving & Beauty Creams of various sizes/types to Volume
Buyers under their own private label / brand name, designs & sizes. On
confirmation of the order, the Customer provides us either artwork /
computer designs of product packaging or requests us to design the one for
him along-with rough ideas. Which, we later modify the same to our standards
& prepare final designs. This also means that, all goodwill &
liabilities of that particular design & name will remain with respective
customer.
Besides, we also have our own limited sizes of 'Generic' & 'Lovedent'
brand toothpaste range for those customers, who are not interested in
particular brand name & are largely interested to buy more variants of
toothpaste/other products per container/consignment order. It also helps
customers to carryout test marketing & assess quality of our products.
Q4 : What is the minimum
order quantity required for toothpaste / shaving cream / other products
ANS : Following are minimum order requirements per 'variant'. [ Word
'Variant' means a unique product or combination with specific size (net
wt.), name, design & dimensions. ]
Private Label brands (Products with your own name/design & sizes)…
Minimum of 20 ftr FCL with Minimum of 50000 pcs per variant.
(Note: Maximum 2 variants might be possible. Limitations may be
applicable.)
Combo Packs... (Ex. Toothpaste withToothbrush)
Minimum of 40 ftr FCL with Minimum of 50000 pcs per variant.
(Note: Maximum 3 variants might be possible. Limitations may be
applicable.)
Readily Available Products...
- 20 ftr FCL with Maximum 4 variants.
- 40 ftr FCL with Maximum 6 variants.
Q5 : Does your products
mention your company / country name? (Can you provide your products inside
neutral label / packaging?)
ANS : We can avoid mentioning of our company & country names on
final products, as it is optional subject to few legal conditions.
We can provide our products inside neutral label or packaging without
specifying Our country of Origin(India), our Name, address &/or
Importer's Name &/or Address etc.
Q6 : Currently, which are
the toothpaste grades & flavors you can supply?
ANS : We can supply most of the grades / types of toothpaste
available worldwide. Besides, we can customize it too as per market specific
requirements. We specify herewith few of the popular & widely used
formulations & flavors.

Q7 : I have some
toothpaste product sample. Can you make similar grade / taste toothpaste?
ANS : Mostly, YES! It depends. Unless we see your sample, we cannot
provide you satisfactory answer. However, we are able to manufacture all
latest & advanced toothpaste formulations that are available in the
world markets.
Q8 : Currently, what type
of options you can provide for Shaving Cream?
ANS :
Shaving cream options
Currently, we are manufacturing shaving cream under Vacuum process to
produce homogenous & rich creamish mass. Shaving cream can be provided
with following options…
- Customized unique fragrances
- Anti-Bacterial ingredients
- Menthol for cooling effect
- Vitamints & Natural / Herbal Ingredients
Q9 : Currently, what type
of options you can provide for toothbrush?
ANS : Toothbrush handles are available in assorted shapes with
Transparent (SAN) & Opaque (PP) materials & in different colors.
Bristles are available in Nylon grade 612 (Tynex, Dupont), grade 66 , grade
6, PPT etc.
End-Rounded bristles
Double color bristle profiles
Individual or multiple toothbrushes can be packed inside blister-pack or
printed carton.
