Founder's Profile Founder of the company Mr. B.S.Patel, a Mechanical Engineering graduate & simple most hard working 'Karma-Yogi', initially rendered his services to leading oral & personal care products manufacturing multinationals such as M/s Geoffrey Manners (India) ltd., M/s Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd. For more than 15 years, he worked in the field of plant designs, production & maintenance engineering.

Founder's Profile Founder of the company Mr. B.S.Patel, a Mechanical Engineering graduate & simple most hard working 'Karma-Yogi', initially rendered his services to leading oral & personal care products manufacturing multinationals such as M/s Geoffrey Manners (India) ltd., M/s Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd. For more than 15 years, he worked in the field of plant designs, production & maintenance engineering. In 1979, in spite of limited financial resources, he boldly started his entrepreneurial career wilh a home scale unit manufacturing tooth powder. In 1982, he founded a small scale company manufacturing toothpaste & personal care products. In 1991, he successfully established a new group from scratch, namely Bhavi by constituting a team of young dynamic engineers & technicians under the leadership of Mr. Yogesh B. Patel (B.E.Electronics, D.E.I.M).

Bhavi Group started with the manufacturing of aluminum collapsible tubes under the company name 'Bhavi Tubes & Containers P. Ltd.' & within few months they ventured into the manufacturing & exports of the world class Private Label Toothpaste-Oral Care & Personal Core products as well. Under his continuous guidance & inspiration, 'Bhavi Group' grew phenomenally & achieved the global market presence.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Manufacturing capabilities ISO-9001 :2008 QMS certified & F.D.A. licensed manufacturing unil is situated very near to the city of Ahmedabad in the state cf Gujarat (appx- 550 km from Mumbai City). It is being set up in a land of 60000 sq. feet with a 40000 sq.ft. R.C.C-Pharma grade building, meeting GMP norms.

It consists of advanced high-speed production lines & storage facilities duly setup to run 24x7 hours in a closed controlled environment, fully equipped R&D laboratory, pilot plants, 24x7 electricity & water supply, effluent treatment plants, full-fledged administrative office set-up, latest transportation & communication facilities.

Our list of qualily raw & packaging material vendors includes worlds leading & most reputed companies. Today, we manufacture a wide range of well finished toothpaste oral care, skin care, hair care, baby care & efhnic care formulations, duly packed inside a wide variety of finished packaging mediums, such as tubes, cartons, jars, sachets, bottles, blister packs, bulk drum, pouch packs etc.
